Entrance for guests

Your guests can get into the building through the main entrance. They should approach the reception desk.

If you are inviting guests, let them know that they need to state their purpose at the reception.

Announcing your guests

When your guest arrives, the reception will give you a call.

Underground parking

If you are renting spaces in the underground car park for guests, they have to use the lifts dedicated to them. These will take them to the reception area, where they can check in. Remember that in this case the guests’ visit should be announced in advance!

Surface parking

Your guests can also use your parking spaces in the surface parking area.

Security

Security staff may ask you and your guests to show your access cards. Persons with no access pass will be asked to leave the building immediately.
